Rhea County, located in lower east Tennessee recorded their colored marriages shortly after the Civil War up until today. This little volume was found in the court house and is given here in a transcription of the names, etc. as well as a reproduction of the original pages so that the reader can decide for themselves that the transcription is accurate.
